Project leader Dr. Arne Dulsrud is the Research Director of Consumption Research Norway with a special interest in food consumption, food security and market distribution.
Dr. Virginie Amilien is a researcher in cultural studies, with a special interest in food culture and consumption, food practices, local and sustainable food products.
Dr. Frode Alfnes is a professor in Food Economics and Marketing. He has been working on sustainability preferences, food labelling, and behavioural and experimental economics.
Nina Heidenstrøm is a researcher in consumption studies. She is working on practice theory and qualitative in-depth methods to understand consumption practices.
Marie Hebrok is a researcher in design and consumption studies. Marie’s research interests lie in the fields of sustainable consumption and design for sustainable practices.
Kamilla Knutsen Steinnes is a researcher in technology and sustainability, and a social psychologist, with a special interest in the intersection between (un)sustainable food consumption and emotion.
Ander Naterstad is a controller in the SIFO administration, and supports budget and contract related work in the project.
