Maria Fuentes (PhD) is a Senior Researcher at the Centre for Consumer Research (CCR), University of Gothenburg. Her research focuses on consumer practices related to food, risk and retail. She is currently involved in a project funded by The Swedish Retail and Wholesale Council examining the development of food substitutes markets and the ERA-Net Food, Convenience and Sustainability (FOCAS) project, examining how consumers make sense of and use convenience food.
Emma Samsioe is a postdoctoral scholar at the Department of Service Management and Service Studies, Lund University, Sweden. She specialises in research on consumer learning and competences, and her work focuses on how consumers use different practices to make sense of market offerings in transformative retail environments.
Christian Fuentes (PhD) is an Associate Professor at the Centre for Consumer Research (CCR), University of Gothenburg. His research interests lie in the field of sustainable consumption. He has conducted research on sustainable retailing, green marketing, green consumption, food consumption, and the digitalization of consumer culture. Current research includes studies of alternative food markets, vegetarian consumption, and the digitalization of ethical consumption.
